Every day, we deliver to customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. 

Shipment Processing Time

All in stock orders are processed and shipped right away same day or within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to notify you further details.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the shipping service that you choose.

As soon as your order is shipped we will email or text your tracking number.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

*Business days are defined as “Monday-Friday” and not including holidays or weekends.

Domestic Shipping Policy

International Shipping Policy

We typically get your order out same day or within 1 to 2 business days via USPS First Class International. Arrival times are based on the shipping service you choose.
